Screencastify does not work on a laptop

Issue:
Screencastify extension is loaded in Chrome, but errors out with a message about NACL

Fix:
  • Open Chrome and type this into address box:
    chrome://flags
  • Search for NACL and enable the setting for NaCl Socket API:
  • Restart Chrome

    I can record on Screencastify but there is no sound. The microphone icon with the slidebar does not light up at all. I can watch my screencastify video in that tab but when it is posted on Google Classroom there is no picture or sound on my computer.
    When I shared the video with a colleague, she could see the video but also had no sound. Help!
